PVore-2

This is the second photovore of the PVore series.  PVore-2 has new geometry that greatly improves its overall performance.  The wider angle between motors increases the distance traveled on each discharge of the storage capacitor.  The new design also increases performance by allowing the front of the robot to lift off the ground when powered.  This reduces friction and greatly increases efficiency, something very important in a solar powered robot.
The circuit is the basic photopopper circuit from Solarbotics.  I have wired the IR diodes in reversed-bias and opted to go with 1381-Cs for the voltage detectors.  This combination allows the robot to operate in light levels present indoors.
